September 18, 2017

On the morning of September 18th we had a complex failure in our server cluster.  This presented multiple issues that showed multiple symptoms.  It took several hours to recover all systems from this failure.  Many systems were still down into the evening hours.

Any issues that you may have faced on this date were potentially a result of one of these failures. Please check and see if you continue to have issues before entering a ticket.  If applicable you may need to restart your computer now that our systems are back up.

If you continue to have trouble please just enter a ticket and let us know what’s going on.
